Electronic Filing of Washington State Excise TaxesFebruary, 2001 -- Users of LMS can now file their quarterly Forest Excise Tax Returns electronically for Washington State. When generating the Tax Returns, CT3 can provide an option for users to create both a Harvest Detail and a Cash Summary extract file. The two electronic files have formats that are acceptable to Washington State as specified in statutory requirements for 2001. Therefore, if you submit these electronic Returns, there is no need to file all the hardcopy (paper) Tax Returns. CT3 would like to thank the Weyerhaeuser Tax Accounting staff for providing feedback and facilitating the review process by the State.
