Columbia River Weight

Columbia River Weight Transmissions

February,  2001 --  The Columbia River Scaling Bureau can now send weight, as recorded by the Columbia River Log Scalers, along with Scribner scale, in the same electronic transmission file.  CT3 has added the capabilities to load a Weight Transmission concurrently with a Scale Transmission for files received from them.

Weight is either recorded in addition to the Log Scale ticket, or independently as a stand alone Weight ticket. In either case, the Weight transmission is created separately in LMS from the Scale Ticket one.  Separate edits and ticket postings are then run independently for the Scale versus Weight transmissions.
